Our Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Kochere Grade 1 scored a 92 a couple months ago on coffeereview.com. At the cafes, we French Press, brew pour-overs & pull Single Origin espresso shots using this wonderfully delicate washed process Yirg.
This week, the guys in the roastery won over the palates of the judges at Coffee Review and our Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Wote Konga natural process coffee scored a deserving 93. Order this wonderful coffee & you’ll see why. Cafe applications include French Press, pour-over & the occassional batch of Cold Brew Coffee. The massive scent of blueberry & milk chocolate erupts every time we grind these beans for your pour-over. Next time you order one, take a second to smell the dry fragrance – just do it. Don’t be shy – lean your face over the brewer & inhale. It’s massive.
