The Final Countdown

Have any of you seen the best tv show in the world..arrested development? Well, if you have, you know that cheesy theme song “the final countdown” that plays every time gob performs one of his illusions?? That was our theme song this weekend as we roasted our last batch of coffee ever at Victrola on 15th!!
After a marathon two day roast-a-thon, the roaster was shut down and prepared for its big move to its new home on Pike Street – v2. Everybody pitched in..

Another new addition

He arrived four weeks early but the little guy is tough and doing great! We are sure he will be ready to roast coffee in no time!! Make sure to give Chris a cigar or a heafty, congratulatory slap on the back when you see him around the cafes!
